Insane in the Brain

I'm honestly starting to wonder if I should get therapy. I made a joke a while ago about how my brain can not be allowed to drop below 50mph (80kmph) just like that bus in Speed, but I don't really think it's much of a joke anymore. I'm finding that any time I spend alone, and not asleep, my brain is just on overdrive. Thinking and thinking and thinking about people and places and things and it's starting to drive me insane. I don't know how to quiet it. I don't know how to cope with it. I have no more patience for it.
